Our VOIP phone system for business is both the Manufacturer and the Service Provider for its Voice Over Internet Telephone System. It includes a low cost easy to install feature rich On-site PBX combined with powerful multi-site hosted VOIP capabilities. The PBX is an open source Asterisk solid state linux pc that can support hundreds of extensions and is backed up by a sophisticated carrier grade data center.

Our Voice Over IP solution ensures call quality by leveraging smart quality management and failover techniques that are only possible because our VOIP solution is able to control calls from both ends and offers the following capabilities:

  • Monitoring the entire call path until the PSTN termination point. By measuring latency, number of discarded packets and network utilization our VOIP solution predicts and tracks call quality throughout the entire call path.
  • 24x7x365 monitoring of the on-site PBX, OIP phones, and all the equipment in the Network Operations Center (NOC). Our VOIP solution is able to anticipate or knows immediately when call quality begins to degrade or a component becomes unavailable. With this information, it can immediately notify the customer, or in the case of a total system failure at the customer site, it can reroute calls directly to the users' cell phones, alternative phone lines or voice mail.
  • Quality of Service(QOS) management on the customer's network and at the customer network's edge on the PBX, as well as, each VOIP phone which includes QOS for the PC data passing through it. This QOS management guarantees the delivery of voice data before other data and virtually eliminates almost all delays in voice packets.
  • Utilizing special compression CODEC that uses minimal network bandwidth and at the same time provides smooth, high quality voice communications and interpolates missing data to improve call quality.
  • Limiting the distance the call travels on the public Internet where it makes sense to do so.
  • Utilizing premium PSTN termination services from Level-3 and our VOIP's own high quality local circuits and avoiding cut rate companies with unproven quality standards.
