About CAFA
Headquartered in Rochelle Park, New Jersey, Computer and Financial Associates Inc. (CAFA) designs, configures, installs and supports computer networks, servers, and workstations. We support clients onsite and remotely from our offices.
We also develop custom software applications for organizations whose needs cannot be met by off the shelf software.
Our website design team creates custom websites that reflect our clients' identities and become an integral part of their sales and marketing strategy.
IT Support with a "Personal Touch"
Our employees answer the phones personally from 8:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. We respond to our clients' IT support calls immediately or within 30 minutes.
Immediate (remote) support via the Internet or Phone is provided whenever practical. Our support technicians will be at your site within 1to 4 hours of a true emergency depending on the time of day and support agreement selected.
Most important, each member of our technical support staff is a seasoned professional with at least 8 years of experience in our field.
